with access to the Internet can go to the Arch website at
www.Arch.com and send you a page by entering your 7 digit
PIN or your 10 digit pager or access number and typing in
a word message or numeric call back number.

What
is a word messaging pager?
A
word messaging pager, also known as an alphanumeric or text
pager, is a pager that receives and displays messages containing

How
do I enable web paging?
The
majority of Arch subscribers are already enabled to receive
pages sent through www.arch.com. To check to see if you
are able to receive pages via the web, go to the Send a
Page section of this web site at www.arch.com/message and
send a message to your pager. If you do not receive the
message, send a quick e-mail to us explaining the problem.
Be sure to provide your account information, including name,
pager number, and account number. We will set you up to
receive web paging and respond as soon as possible. In some
cases, you may need to modify your service to receive web
paging. If that is the case, we will respond with the necessary
information to upgrade your service.

What
is a "PIN"?
A
PIN is the Pager Identification Number. The same number
that you give to the operator when you call the 800/888
Number and talk to our message dispatch operator.

I
have a PIN, but it doesn't work when I page through the
web.
If
you are having problems sending or receiving web pages,
please send an e-mail to us. Be sure to provide your account
information, including name, pager number, and account number,
and a detailed description of the problem you are encountering.
We will address the problem and respond as soon as possible.

Should
I include a dash or other symbols when entering the PIN?
Unlike
writing a telephone number on paper, a pager's PIN does
not require dashes, parenthesis, dots, spaces or anything
other than numerals.

Should
I include a "0" before the PIN like 0123456?
If
your PIN has a leading zero, do not place it in the PIN
field. (Ex: 0123456 will be 123456) Unlike writing a telephone
number on paper, pager's PIN does not require dashes, parenthesis,
dots, spaces or anything other than numerals. Please enter
numerals only without leading zeroes.
